Ronaldo leads Portugal to victory, Morocco dominate but crash out

Portugal took on Morocco in both teams' second game at the FIFA World Cup 2018 on Wednesday. The match took place at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow, Russia.
Cristiano Ronaldo's seventh minute strike was enough for Portugal to earn a 1-0 victory. It was heartbreaking for Morocco as they dominated the match completely. Their loss against Iran in their first game, combined with Wednesday's result, meant they became the first team to crash out of the tournament.
Portugal, on the other hand, are looking good in Group B. They got in a point in their opening game against Spain and added three more on Wednesday.

Starting XIs

Portugal: Patricio, Cedric, Pepe, Fonte, Guerreiro, Bernardo Silva, Moutinho, Carvalho, Fernandes, Guedes, Ronaldo.
Morocco: Mohamedi, Dirar, Da Costa, Benatia, Hakimi, El Ahmadi, Boussoufa, Belhanda, Harit, Boutaib, Ziyech.
Morocco were dominant in nearly every area of the game, except in the final third, where they missed a decisive scorer like  Morocco exit the tournament with no goals to their name (except an own goal) despite taking 16 (13 vs Iran and 3 vs Portugal) shots. They had more touches inside the Portugal box than even the mighty Spaniards had managed. And despite all that, they bow out of the tournament.
